Welcome to our websiteWe are a group of musicians and singers with a sense of artistic adventure so vast that we decided to form two different bands, each with a distinctive sound and unique lead vocalist. Our home is in Calaveras County, California, and our performances can be enjoyed at the various festivals and venues that offer live music in the region. We hope to see you at one of them soon!
The Tour Guides were formed in 2007 and play dance music that crosses over many genres and generations, featuring the lively vocal artistry of Jessica Mouser.
Cantamos spun off in 2009 with the Tour Guides original vocalist, Michela Macfarlane, who lends her elegant voice and multilingual delivery to the band's acoustified blend of folk, jazz, blues, and latin music.
